Return Policy

Returns
Our policy states that within 30 days of purchase all orders are authorized for an exchange only. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Hats

Hats that are shaped by us are not returnable nor exchangeable. We recommend our customers verify their hat size and shape preference before ordering. Hats that have not been shaped are eligible for an EXCHANGE ONLY.   

Shipping
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 117 E. Main St. Eagle Pass Texas US 78852

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable if we were not at fault for the return due to errors. During peak seasons please allow 1-2 Business days before orders are processed and sent by our team. The Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs . All returns shipping will be paid by the buyer to return the product being exchanged that is not due to our error or damage in transit.

If you are shipping an item over $50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
